Lightening fast read! I really enjoyed this one. It's in no way profound--it is pure entertainment. But it is such great fun to read. Essentially, this is a classic heroine initiation story--outsider with unusual mystical powers enters a society to heal it. But there are many clever twists on an old theme to keep readers guessing, and the characters are so vividly believable. Absolutely loved this book, but Diem PMO all the time though. But omg this stuff is good. Why have I not read this series sooner? Wtf! This book is addictive AF. I devoured this book.
