this was such a cute rom-com! placed in New York in the springtime, this was so fun! the book sounded just like deja-vu by olivia rodrigo and I loved that.

dani:
dani was such a fun character to read from. I love when books talk a lot about the clothes the characters are reading; it adds in such a fun aspect. that was heavy in this book since Dani goes to a fashion school!

however, almost the whole time Dani is really doubting of herself and think she isn't worthy of love. this made he

There is so much to learn about past and present selves, and that allows the story to go beyond finding love in another, but also finding love in one self. This story captured the essence of fi ...more

cute fluffy romance book. I didn’t like how a lot of parts felt boring or long. I felt like there could’ve been more conflict that wasn’t just miscommunication.. lots of miscommunication that could’ve been easily avoided. Levi was the most interesting character and he clearly showed interest in Dani from the start. If you like a very slow burn, miscommunication trope, this is your book.

also if she would’ve just let him speak at times, she would’ve known sooner that he was into her. OR when he ga
