where should I start...
Okay, first of all, what I liked most (and possibly the only thing I really liked) were the vibes of the book. I loved the atmosphere and soft and sweet descriptions, and I honestly wanna find a job at a flowershop now.
Oh, and LEVI??🫠🫠

But all of that was drowned by the horrible HORRIBLE grammar mistakes. I really started wondering if the author used Ai for the descriptions that were written so well because there is no way the same person would've written the other mis ...more

I love this book but also it was so frustrating to read 😭
I absolutely love the characters (especially Levi UGHHH) and the setting- New York always hits. And the writing?? BEAUTIFUL. I wanna read more books by this author immediately.
But whole plot? so bad 😩
Plot = miscommunication
It just left me very anxious while reading which isn’t really what I wanna feel while reading a cute romcom but overall I do love every other element of this story! I have about 100 highlights as proof ❤️‍🩹

The miscommunication trope eats me alive every time. It is so frustratingly beautiful to watch the leads unravel the string throughout the story. Childhood friends to lovers is a beautiful experience to capture. Seeing the growth and maturity throughout the story captivates me in a way no other trope can. bro. levi is actually so so amazingly perfectly adorable and you can tell he was written by a woman fr. also daisy was so relatable and she seems really sweet! overall this book was so fun; the romance was literally perfect and imo it was not overdone at all :)

I wasn’t really a fan of the writing, it was alright. The romance was cute with sweet moments that had me giggling and kicking my feet but I cannot deal with the miscommunication trope!!! Especially when this miscommunication happened when they were both in HIGH SCHOOL!!! Like?
