I really enjoyed this story but I did not enjoy reading it. I was truly bored. It being told like a fairytale was sweet but it felt so monotone & completely predictable. Also I can't stand when FMC's are purposely stupid. Why are you doing everything you're being told not to??? I haven't decided if I'm going to start the 2nd book or not yet ...more

Evangeline en desesperación al ver que su amor va a casarse con su hermanastra decide recurrir a un destino, el príncipe de corazones.
Ella le ruega que cancele la boda y él se lo concede a cambio de dar 3 besos cuando llegue el momento, a quienes él decida.

Jacks le concede su petición, aunque obvio con un revés, porque los destinos hacen de los tratos lo que ellos quieren, y lo que mejor les convenga.

i'm in love with this book would be an understatement, i was always in love with fantasies, myths, fairytales, legends, you name it and you're giving me something like that paired with romance? i'll obv eat it up lmao

YES! This book is so good and I can't explain why. Everything about it was just the perfect vibe. This book reminded me a lot of One Dark Window and The Cruel Prince with how whimsical it was. Evangeline was a perfect FMC and Jacks????? Y'all don't understand I NEED that man. Idk what Stephanie put in this book but I'm ready to devour the next one. ...more

This book was really good, but I think I like Caraval more. Also, I am very glad I read the Caraval trilogy before this one, there are so many details I would have missed otherwise.
