I like this book. Why? I am not quite sure. I like how Charlie talks to his friend throughout his first year in high school. Written in letters to just someone one who is only known as Friend, and Charlie keeps a generic background and name to all who he describes.
I feel like I can relate to Charlie in a way. Not as deep as he is but enough to say that during my high school years I was one who was stuck on the wall. (I was also bullied so there was that.) I was able to relate to Charlie.
