I'm not quite done with this 3rd re-read, but thought I'd get this out of the way now..
Tack and Tyra... This 3rd read my eyes were opened, and not in a good way.. I definitely preferred Mystery Man-Tack, and I REALLY wish that he was with someone else, other than Tyra. These two are the most immature adults that I've read in this series, in regards to their relationship. They seemed to just more often than not, bring the worst out in each other. And that's just not something I ...more

Loved this book! I already had a soft spot in my heart for Tack from meeting him in "Mystery Man". The way he was with Gwen in that book, always being there for her, being tender, patient and sweet for her when she needed it, even though the reader KNOWS that he is a hot, badass alpha male that heads up a motorcycle "club"--well, I was already falling in love with him. In "Motorcycle Man" we get to see all facets of Tack, get to know his background, all the problems he faces, all that he IS, and

For the first time in a long while I wasn't crazy about a Kristen Ashly book or her characters. I loved Tack in the previous books, what we saw of him, but it nearly took me the entire book to warm up to him in this one.
I wanted Tyra to show more backbone when it came to Tack instead of letting him bulldoze all over her.
I love alphas as much as the next girl, but Tack way of being alpha didn't appeal to me, so that is one of the reason I had such a hard time enjoying this book. ...more
