I don't read Kiny Writer's stories because those are always short stories. This one I picked because it had better length. I thought this would be his attempt at writing a proper novel. But after reading it, I realize that it is also just a joining of four smuts involving same characters. There is zero characterization, pathetic buildup, and extremely poor premise. What begins as erotic and fun, after page upon page of repetition, devolves into a sadistic torture-fest. At multiple points in the narrative, it becomes clear that she loathes her husband, despite affectations to the contrary.
