It was a pretty good book. I come from both a small town and a big town, since my parents worked in the big city but we went back to our small beach town on the weekends and the vibe is on point. I've met many people in our small time who also desire to leave. They feel trapped! There is nothing to do, not many opportunities, and the "everyone knows each other" is fun until the gossip mill runs wild.
