I’m too old for this shit. That cover is gorgeous though and sometimes I’m weak. My God I know better.

Absolutely nothing new to see here. Seriously. This took all the overused themes, everything we’ve all read one million times, and kind of stuffed them all into this book. It’s the sort of book that I knew right away I should have quit but like a train wreck, I couldn’t look away. Ugh. I don’t understand the need that authors have these days with trying to throw everything in. ...more

Some of the scenes between Luke and Emmy had me smiling and others had me thinking I might need a cold shower. But t ...more

I liked the story a lot -- you can't beat a good small town, brother's little sister tale, but I felt like the sex was too much. It almost kind of diminished their overall relationship because it felt like so much so fast. I enjoyed the female audiobook performer a lot but the male performer is not my favorite. I hate the way he does female voices.
