I knew nothing about this author until I saw someone post that this book was available as "read now" for 24 hours only. I immediately requested it and promptly started Before I Let Go in preparation. That book was AMAZING and I was so excited to start this one immediately after.

I love this author and this series.
I couldn’t put the first book down it had me sobbing and holding it to my chest. This book follows Soledad and her family’s story. While these books are in the same series they felt completely different and I mean that in the best way!! So many times you get a series like this and it seems to follow the same formula, but not this series!!
There is family drama/mess, there is love, there is sisterhood, motherhood and fatherhood (in all its messy and fulfilling ...more
