Sable Peak is an unrequited love story done right. Mateo and Vera’s story is one that will grip your heart and is sure to hit you with all the feels.

For Vera Gallagher, her life has been anything but normal. She’s tired of dwelling on the past and is desperate to forget her past. As an honorary member of the Eden Family, she plans to do just that and the crush she has on Matteo certainly doesn’t hurt things. However, when it comes to Vera, Matteo seems blind to what’s in front of him.

I’ll be 100 Sable Peak is an unrequited love story done right. Mateo and Vera’s story is one that will grip your heart and is sure to hit you with all the feels.

I’ll be 100% honest, I wasn’t too sure about this story when I first started it, but I should have known better than to question things. Devney Perry hasn’t let me down before and she didn’t let me down this time.

If you’ve been following The Edens series like I have, then you know that the ending of Crimson River left us with one heck of a bombshell. Picking up right where that story left off, you discover that Matteo’s path has taken an unexpected turn, and while he can’t complain about the new path he’s on, it’s left me unaware of what’s been staring him in the face. And when the truth is finally revealed, Matteo won’t stop until he gets what he wants.

I absolutely enjoyed watching Vera and Matteo’s story come full circle. Their love and devotion was one for the books and their chemistry was undeniable. My heart hurt for Vera and all that she went through. I wanted her to find a little slice of happiness and was desperate for Matteo to open his eyes and return Vera’s feelings. Nothing about their love story was easy and I loved watching the two of them navigate all of the curveballs life threw at them. Their story was one of a kind and I loved the way the author kept me guessing.

Sable Peak is a fantastic read from beginning to end. I couldn’t help but fall head over heels for Vera and Matteo. Vera and Matteo captivated me from page one and I couldn’t help but devour every word of their story. I truly wasn’t ready to say goodbye to these characters or this series, but couldn’t have been happier with the way this author wrapped things up. I hope that this won’t be the last time we see the Edens.

Devney Perry is back with a brand new book in her addicting Edens series and y'all, I was here for this beauty right here. Sable Peak is the sixth in this series, giving us Vera and Mateo's story and this is one you cannot miss. Packed to the brims with heart, heat, angst, and all of the BEST (and complicated) feels.. these two took me on an unforgettable journey that had me on the edge of my seat at times, hanging on to every little word.
