This book had its ups and downs. I would have rated it 3 stars but finally I decided on 4 stars just because of the intensity of the fight scenes and the revelations along the book. I loved the relationship between Violet and her dragons. The ending of the book just made the whole franchise even better for me. I think Violet’s and Xaden’s relationship if going to take a whole other turn and I can’t wait to see it unfold.

That cliffhanger!! This book was long. I had to take a break halfway through and then I switched to the ab to finish it off. I did really enjoy this book. I really liked the ab. I’ll probably just listen to the next one that comes out. I loved and hated the tension in this book. Cat added a lot of attitude and fun to the storyline in my opinion.
