Quickish Review

I’ve had this on preorder since the moment I finished Fourth Wing and I avoided all spoilers while taking my time to enjoy this. I think it suffers a bit of sophomore slump, but it also managed to surprise me (seriously Jack?) and annoy me (the inevitable ex) though by the end of the book, I was invested again and mourning that ending.

I think the need to build this for another four books may have contributed to the slower pace, at least in the beginning, and too much time was spen Quickish Review
