What Members Thought
When will I learn to just say NO! The hype seems to always be my #1 worst enemy. Reading this book felt like swimming through an endless swamp. There's not much else to say except that nothing about this story or its characters worked for me. OK, maybe one last admission: I returned this book -- something I don't make a habit of doing. ...more
I couldn't finish this. The dialog and the set up were fine. But the prose was really hard going. It was a slog! Also, no real chemistry with the characters. (Plus, I could really care less for the love lives of pop stars and TV people.)
