Good start to a new series
I liked Xavier, who is a real estate agent and kind of feisty. He moved back to his hometown after he caught his POS ex cheating on him. He so happens to live across from his high school nemesis Vincent. I loved Vincent who is trying to raise his daughter on a teachers salary.
