I really enjoyed this new rom com by one of my favorite authors, Tessa Bailey. Sometimes her "dirty talk" can get a little too objectifying for me, but the characters were such fun in this one.

Julian and Hallie were a fun couple. I just loved how spontaneous she was, how she just couldn't fit into a certain mold. Julian was a little different, very worried about panicking. The Napa Festival was a lot of fun, too.

Hallie Welch | Julian Vos

There were parts of this story that I really liked. How Julian was so protective of Hallie is at the top. However, there were parts that were pretty juvenile, that I may not have felt that way about if they were in their early twenties vs Hallie being almost 30 and pulling the crap she did with the rival business of a family friend.

I also didn't like the way she was leading Owen around or why he let it go on so long. If someone isn't giving you time of day as more than ...more
