I despised this book with my whole being. Talia was too forgiving and the Hero was a major douchcanoe. It was just a pain to read!

I was initially concerned about this book in the Eden series with Talia being a doctor. My experience with books being medically accurate isn't great. For some people that's not a big deal, but given that it's my career, it's just my preference as I'm sure I've mentioned before. With that being said, there wasn't much of a medical aspect. I will say her residency was definitely weird and inaccurate given you typically pick a specialty to focus on in residency. And here it's like her residency co ...more

Devney Perry is back with the next book in the Edens series and oh my heart. What a book and what a couple. Garnet Flats gives us the third in this series.. a second chance, small town romance and honestly, my absolute FAVORITE to date.
