This book was a wonderful surprise.
I had expected a traditional bully or an enemies-to-lovers story. But it was so much more than that.
I loved Wells' writing... authentic characters, witty down to earth dialogue and a rich description of the ebbs & flows of Cash & Glenna's growing relationship. "Bully" Cash was great with wary Glenna...over time treating her with caution & support in every way. A special book boyfriend.

I liked this one. I haven't read many bully-type books before and this was a good one to start with. I was actually interested in it because of the author. She wrote one of my all-time favorite books, Run Posy Run. (In fact, when I finished this book I decided to go back and read Posy again.) I didn't realize this was a series when I picked this book up so I downloaded the first book of this series on my Kindle and will definitely read it.
