Cheyanne and Cole were terrific together. This book has so many things that you will love - childhood (and adult) friends to lovers, single dad, small-town romance. I barely put this book down from the first moment that I started reading it. It kept my attention the entire time, which in 2020 is saying something!! There were a few times I wanted to smack Cole when he kept pushing Cheyanne away or using his child as a reason not to move ahead with her, but overall, I really enjoyed the entire boo ...more

I feel like it’s moving slow. I don’t know if it’s me or the book. I’ll try coming back to it.

4.5 stars for - Make Me Yours - book two in the Bellamy Creek series by Melanie Harlow. Book one - Drive Me Crazy - does not have to be read first but the characters from that story do show up quite a bit so I highly recommend reading it first.
Cheyenne Dempsey has been in love with her big brother’s best friend since she realized boys were a good thing. She has watched from the shadows never thinking she would get her chance with the guy.
Cole Mitchell is doing the best he can as a single dad to

small town brothers best friend/ single dad romance. 3.5-4 stars. Would have loved to see more steam and a bit more character development. I loved Cheyenne but Cole didn’t grab me 100%… Cute read, though.

No one ever plans for the unthinkable. As Cole learned to deal with losing his wife, circumstances led him back to the place that he once called home. With learning to deal with life as a single dad, Cole has given little thought to anything beyond the day-to-day dealing in Mariah’s routine. Now the time has approached to make a leap of faith and move from his mother’s home. Mariah is longing for a home and a pet to call her own. Cole just has to find a way to make that happen.

Cheyenne finds her

I really, really enjoyed this brothers Best Friend Love Story. Cheyenne has been in love with her brothers best friend, Cole, since she was a little girl. Cole is a few years older than Cheyenne and always thought of her as “off limits.” Now that he knows she’s interested, he can’t stop thinking about her. I really adored their friendship and then later, their chemistry. Mariah, Coles daughter, stole the show for me. I loved her relationship with Cheyenne and how they interacted with one another ...more
