Quick(ish) Review
Cute if pretty standard romance with a hero who has major trust issues. Frustrating knucklehead moves by the footballer hero, a nice but of course way hotter than she gives herself credit for heroine. It was a two steps forward three steps back kind of story and I was just done with that dance. But if that’s your jam, you may enjoy this.

This book was a great mix of fun, romance and a bit of angst. I loved the main character, Elena!! She was truly awesome and witty and once you thought that she fitted the stereotype of the nerdy virgin girl you were proved wrong!! Which is great.
The banter between Jack and Elena was gold. They both had issues to resolve and at first seemed the kind of people that could never be together, but they were exactly what each other needed. This story wasn't silly at all, it had several layers of depth ...more

I liked the book, i also liked Elena's attitude, Jack not so much, but only for the fact that he did not want to see what he had in front, thinking that everyone was going to betray him, what i didn't like was that Elena agreed to lend her house for what her sister wanted, it didn't seem right to me
