Let me start off by saying that this could be read as a standalone... BUT DON'T READ IT AS A STANDALONE! It would totally ruin it. There were so many questions from book one that were left unanswered and you find out ALL the answers in book two.
This is a series that you definitely shouldn't bounce around reading.

OK, right W T actual F?
Unbelievable, why on earth would you do that? I am so peeved right now, I mean seriously even twelve hours later, I cannot get over the fact of what happened.
I love Ms. Perry’s books (especially Lark Cove) but I get why she did it but on emotional level and with the connection to the characters, um, nope.
I will try to get over it but there are no guarantees

Fantastic read! We get all of our questions answered and then some.The twist with Isiah and his story was WOW. I feel like I got closure with two storylines- Past and present. I totally didn’t pick up on who Isiah was at first. That made this HEA more special. (I’m being vague on purpose) His and Genevieve’s road to love was epic. I loved this. 5 stars.
