Huh. I didn't read the blurb. I think I read the blurb for Just a Bit Twisted and then saw this one so I decided to read it first.
I'm not a fan of prison in my books but I ended up really liking this one.
It was short and there wasn't really any relationship building even though there kind of was.
I'm surprised by just how much I felt in the few words they spoke to each other.
I'm really looking forward to reading more from this brand new to me author. ...more

This was a short quick read that I liked and wished was longer. Sage was convicted of DUI and sentenced to due a year in prison. Sage is young blonde with blue eyes and good looking. Straight up erotica. No real plot or characterization, with prison clichés abound. This could have been a great little novella if it had been longer and given more backstory about Sage and his cellmate. I might try next book to see if the characters are in it.

This book was a very short read. Quite a bit of the story takes place in a prison. Sage and Xavier are cellmates that is a bit different. Xavier trades sex for protection. He does not force Sage but does make it known it is going to happen. Sage is having trouble dealing with it as he thinks he is straight. The whole book is about that. Sage dealing with his feelings. Has a lot of angst for such a small book.
