KA ROCKS!
Five stars for anothe KA smash hit with Complicated. To say Hix & Greta, and Andy & Shaw and actually all of the Drake crew stole my undivided attention then wrapped me in a warmth I never wanted to move from would be an understatement. Kristen's writing style gets me every.single.time. Not only that but her family values, life wisdom and how she so flawlessly writes about handling everyday life with grace makes her my #1 inspiration and always a 1-click on new releases. This book felt like vintage KA to me. I enjoyed it overall. I liked that Hix was big enough to apologize when he screwed up and more than once. That's not something this author usually gives us. Overall, pleasantly surprised in light of more recent works by this author and I recommend if you enjoyed her 'Burg series or Colorado Mountain series books.

Ta-Ta and Hix took me back to what I originally fell in love with about Ms. Ashley' s writing. Greta and Hix were a strong H/h couple even if it did take him a little longer to pull his head out of his ass. Overall this was another great read for me by an author that I don't hesitate to one click automatically for.

I ordinarily love Kristen Ashley. This book just wasn't great - I didn't connect with the characters and the plot was rehashed from previous stories.
