Life surrounded by the walls of New Zion is unlike anything you would believe from a religious group. The torment felt by the women held within this life is like nothing you could imagine. Phebe couldn’t be rescued during the mayhem that transpired behind the walls of the sector. Meister made it his mission to kidnap Phebe, and thrust her into the world that surrounded the despicable arms of this hate filled captor. With a determination to keep Phebe for himself, Meister exposed the broken soul to a life that was kept secret from the outside world. A terror that few survived. Phebe’s only hope lies in a biker group that she knows very little about.

With thoughts of the raven haired beauty in his mind, AK has made it his mission to save Phebe from the arms of Meister. This task will be unlike anything that the Hades Hangmen have treaded upon. Oh….let me breathe a bit!! That was probably the most brutal and emotional of all of the books in the Hades Hangmen series to date. Phebe’s journey is certainly no picnic. The trials and tribulations that have plagued Phebe are explored in depth and with purpose. AK is the savior that has taken it upon himself to save the tattered woman that clearly needs a little happiness in her life.

With his own demons threatening to surface, AK is determined to pull Phebe from a life of pain towards the peace that is at her fingertips. A captivating story that will drive you into the darkest moments of Phebe’s life, and pull you out into the sunshine when her journey is fulfilled. Tillie Cole’s writing is filled with images that are so realistic, you will wonder how you can leave the world that she creates between the chapters. Damnable Grace is one book that must be added to your library. Get those tissues ready….you will need them!!

So amazing! I love AK and Phebe. Oh the rollercoaster of emotion. This is probably one of my favorites in the series. You think of AK as this hardcore tough biker, plus he's part of the psycho trio. But then when you learn about the demons he's been facing and what he has gone through in his life your heart breaks for him and you want him to break as well. This man needs to break. Simply wow... once again Ms Cole has hooked me and kept me needing more and more...
AK and Phebe's story will keep you on the edge till the very end ... with more and more twists and turns ... I was left not knowing what was coming next... but I wasn't disappointed, as I took the rollercoaster ride with them...
I loved being back in the hangman world and can't wait for more from them...
this book, this series needs to be read because it's the best MC series I've read... ...more

This book more so then any in the series breaks your heart. Several times throughout I wanted to throw my eReader and walk away because of what Phebe was going through or had already been through. Tillie Cole continues to deliver the angst, heartbreak, love and redemption you've come to expect from this series and it will be more than interesting to see how things further play out. ...more

I liked the story, poor Ak his story saddened me but I'm glad he had his brothers to help him, I was happy to see that despite how Flame is, he cared about Ak, not leaving behind Phoebe and everything she had to go through, I'm glad Grace wasn't in danger, I hope Viking has his book, another thing I liked was seeing that Flame was improving his relationship with Ash, and with the end of the book I hope Ash has his book too ...more

As always, Tillie gave her readers another great story. My heart was breaking for what Phebe has gone through and I couldn't imagine the life she lived before being rescued by AK. AK and Phebe are a fabulous couple. Their trials and tribulations have made them appreciate the love they have found in each other at a whole new level. The fight keeps on and makes them all stronger. Cannot wait to see how all this comes to fruition.
