A thrilling conclusion to the SCARRED SOULS series.

More to come after I have an adult beverage to calm my frayed nerves. Geeze, that was hard to read at times! Had me so anxious, I could feel my blood pressure elevating; but I just couldn't put it down. Tillie Cole is my Queen of Dark Romance. (She seems like such a sweet girl... where do these nightmares from?)

4.5 stars! What a beautiful ending to the Scarred Souls series that I've loved since reading the first book. The author is a favorite of mine and has a way with storytelling that allows the reader to feel as if they are right there amongst her characters. In this case, the disgusting blood pit and dungeon where Inessa/152 is owned by the Master and encounters 901 who is the Masters fighting champion. Their story was heartbreaking but addicting. I'm officially a mess!
Tillie Cole ripped my heart from my chest... This book gutted me beyond belief. Riot is dark, raw and heartbreaking. The abuse and torture 152 had to endure...... I just wanted her to be free and happy. See her brother again and remember who she was before being a slave.

When Riot appeared on my kindle I was officially in book HEAVEN!

But I was not prepared for all the FEELS this book gave me.

This was the most painful book of the entire series.
I didn’t think that any book would touch me the way Raze did but I was so wrong.

It shook me to my core and opened my mind to a side of humanity I never imagined encountering in fiction.

The emotions, the pain, the resilience, and the strength showcased in this series are unimaginable.
It’s a testament to the endurance of the human spirit, and it’s a series that will forever hold a piece of my heart.
