When I first started this book, I assumed it was going to be another billionaire rom-com, the story of a man-whoring billionaire who has never had love in his life until ‘she’ the book’s heroine came into the story. From the blurb, you have a little idea of the plot of the story…but believe me this book had twists at every chapter. Some I predicted but other’s I never saw coming.

Egomaniac was a very enjoyable read. I went from laughing one minute to sniffling the next.

Drew may be an egomaniac, but he can put his money where his mouth is.
He's charming, charismatic, sexy as sin and adorable as can be.
Dirty-talker that he is, he's still a gentleman and a loving and caring man. Truly a great character!

Emerie was another awesomely written character. She is smart, beautiful, and quirky.

Vi Keeland has written another alpha male that will have you drooling. Drew Jagger will definitely knock your socks and panties right off you!! The title to this book is PERFECT!!

Vi never cease to amaze me with her brilliant writing and characters that take over body, mind, and soul. She has a way of grabbing on to your heart making you feel that you need more to ease all the emotions that you experience through her writing. This book definitely will ha YES! YES! YES! The story between Drew and Emerie is amazing from the beginning. I love that you get to experience every emotion, twist, and turn that happens during their relationship. I love the innocence that Emerie has at the beginning that makes her seem that she is shy and maybe a little naïve, but do not be fooled. She is a feisty firecracker that shines best when she has to learned to deal with the gorgeous, egotistical divorce lawyer Drew Jagger.

The myth that opposites do attract definitely applies to these two. They are opposite in life, love, and careers, but that does stop them for going after what they desire most in life.

Drew is the epitome of a alpha male. He is opinionated, full of himself, and knows that every woman wants him. He uses his charms, drool worthy looks, and intelligence to get want he wants. But sometimes having all these talents can keep you from the one thing you desire more in life. So, when Drew realizes that Emerie is the one woman that he desires and wants in his life will he be able to capture her with his talents? Or Emerie be the one woman that is expectation?

I really enjoy steamy romance novels and this was a quick read. The only thing about this book that I didn't really care for the man that much towards the end. He kinda made me mad until he went for his lady..
