I loved this series so far. I wasn't fired up about this book though. I didn't like bitch Sabrina in previous books. The author explains Sabrina's side of things and redeems her a bit. I liked the first half of the story. Normally I like the whole " surprise pregnancy storyline" But the way it happens here just drags the story down into a depressive struggle. This book didn't convince me at all and after reading the other three, I believe it's the worst of the series. It took me days to finish it because it was boring.
The pregnancy trope doesn't annoy me, if it's done right. What annoyed me in this book was the main fmc, mostly. I didn't like Sabrina, I thought she was too prejudiced and judged every person who was rich as a*hole, bad, disgusting, etc. I understand she's from a poor background, but boy, don't remind us every page that you hate rich p ...more
