I cannot explain how I went from almost DNFing this book, into crying like a baby by the end.

Then the chef came along and put a thick layer of peppermint cream over everything. It was an enjoyable read but hard to distinguish all the ingredients, though they were each tasty.

I DNF this one. It's very well written and Heid Cullinan seems to be really good at telling stories but at almost 50% I have realised that it has more BDSM than I am comfortable with and more sex than I need in a book, it reads more like an erotica than anything. ...more
