Definitely not my usual fare but it did hold my attention.
At times a little wonky and seriously over the top but overall pretty enjoyable.
The writing was good, better than good really and I wonder if I had read this when it was originally released it would have worked just a bit better for me. I think even then though, this just wasn't my cup of tea.
I'm not going to hate on it at all though. It pulled me right out of a slump I've been unable to put my finger on or escape.
On to the next one! ...more

I wanted to like this book but the main MC was just so unlikeable and the plot was everywhere, the spent 3 years planning how to terrorize a 19 year old girl and the ending was just meh.
If this is an indication of this author's body of work, I'm glad I'm not on the hype train.
