This is my first read by Tillie Cole and I am very happy!! Styx was not your typical President of the MC with his characteristics. It was refreshing to see something different written in the MC world. He hasn't let his challenges hinder his abilities to lead the MC and the brothers are all very respectful of him.

Different but equally amazing!
Wow! Who would have thought ~ hardcore MC and a religious cult in the same book? This was great ~ Tillie Cole really lets her reader's get a glimpse into the world of a cult so manipulative, overbearing and abusive to its women ~ Styx and Mae have crossed paths many years ago and fate would have it happen again ~ this story was filled with everything. Styx and Mae are perfect together. Coming through such difficult experiences individually allows them to get through the ones they experience together. It is beautiful to see Styx able to talk to Mae even more than he does to Ky. Styx and Ky are a great example of brotherhood also.

Yes, there were some situations and events that I was like ---- "Really? Come on, really?"
BUT, this book had such a different take on the whole Motorcycle Club, Prez tale.

Loved this book, great characters especially Styx and Mae, and I couldn't put it down.
