I enjoyed this read and even though it was a dark read with sinister subject matters, it still was a fast easy read. I loved the storyline and it grabbed you straight away but the ending was a bit of an anticlimactic for me. Throughout the book it built the h's story up and I was waiting for a massive showdown, instead of it being an OMG moment it was more of a oh moment. But still enjoyed it.. ...more

Gah! I swear every book I read from Christine gets better and better.

Brutally Beautiful has been sitting on my Kindle FOR-Evah! Why I haven't read it before....??? Don't know.
What I do know is that this book is full of twists and surprises.

Sam and Jennifer are running from something...you don't really know where they are (and neither do they), but they find themselves in a strip bar to get some much needed alcohol, and to clean up all the blood on themselves and their clothes. They meet Dylan ...more
