4 Hell on Skate stars!

I fell a bit in love with Zack in book 1, further in book 2 and really wanted to read his story after such a tragedy. Single parent is one of my favourite tropes at the moment though I’m on the fence with the whole nanny/employer trope.

5 stars for book three in Sawyer Bennett's hockey series that features the Carolina Cold Fury super stars and the women that bring them to their knees. Zack Grantham was living a content life with his long time girlfriend Gina and their young son Ben. Playing the game he loves with guys he considers great friends all while making a comfortable salary seems too good to be true. I loved this book. Though this can be read as a standalone, it should be read with the series to fully appreciate the book and secondary characters. With that, this book is the third in the Cold Fury Hockey series and is probably my favorite to date. It was sexy, sweet, angsty, fun, and had a ton of cute one liners that had me snorting along the way.

This book pulled on my heart strings... and made me feel all the feels as Zack... faced his guilt, his grief and his new life...

I couldn't help but get drawn into the emotional roll coaster and route for Zack to finding what he was missing...

Once again Ms Bennett as nailed a hot sports romance... I can't wait to continue on with this series... ...more

So Worth the Wait.. Cannot wait for More

Zach is so swoon worthy.. broken, confused & hot as hell. Kate is not the normal every day love interest. Goofy, odd, marches to her own beat of her own drum.. Together they make sense. Sawyer Brown has out done herself with this book. Secondary characters are brilliant & bringing back some of the favs from books past creates a recipe for a fun, sexy, hot, and emotional read
