This sat on my shelf from 1997 to 2006. I wish I had read it sooner. So much suffering would have been avoided. I love how accessible it is, presenting the process of awakening in such clear terms.
I went to see him in 2007. My experience was that when he entered the hall and was on stage speaking, no thoughts even floated in my head. I became a verb - listening.
