What Members Thought

This was an okay read. To be honest, I have read better Freida books. It starts off strong, then gets somewhat boring, then good towards the ending. Sydney was the only character I liked in this story. The plot twist was good, but somewhat predictable. I will continue to read her books! Her books are easy to read, thought provoking and usually contain morally grey characters. Overall, I rate this 3 out of 5 stars.

At this rate, I'm gonna be reading all of Frieda's books!
I appreciate the concise yet suspenseful nature of her novels. The unexpected ending of this one was particularly impressive.
At first, it seemed to follow a typical, predictable storyline, like those often seen on Dateline, so I didn't have high hopes. However, as the story progressed, the characters' true natures became more apparent and lead to unravelling a lot of things. ...more

The Boyfriend was absolutely unbelievable—in the best way! The twists were jaw-dropping, and the suspense kept me hooked from start to finish. Just when I thought I had it figured out, the story took another shocking turn. The characters were layered and full of surprises, making it impossible to know who to trust. It’s dark, gripping, and leaves you questioning everything—a thriller that truly keeps you on your toes until the very last page.
