Reread: this is a book i can see myself coming back to. I love madeline’s writing style. It is lyrical but accessible. There is so much depth in this book. I made several new realizations. The characters are very complex. Achilles can definitely be frustrating at times. Seeing him through patroclus’ eyes was like looking through rose-colored glasses.
