(second read)

I think I enjoyed this book even more this time reading it. I’m convinced that Evajacks is the best fictional couple and Jacks is my number one book boyfriend. This is definitely my comfort series and yes I did cry once again while reading this (not a shocker…). I’m just begging Stephanie Garber to write more books in the OUABH world (a Lala and Chaos book would be AMAZING 🙏).

i can't believe i just finished all the stephanie garber books 😭😭😭 my heart is brokennnnnn 💔 omg i love this book with all my heart 🥰 i went into this one with low expectations because i saw a lot of people saying that it was disappointing but NO I LOVED IT 😘 i already miss all these characters so much and i literally just finished it 😭😭😭 and guess what- I LOVE JACKSSS 🍎💔🩸🤭 but now the series is overrrrr 😭😭😭 all there's left to do is go sit in the dark and feel empty!! 😃 oh well see yall later

on contrary to the prior book, this was a pretty shitty ending
we got the most ass love confession from evangeline and NO 3 PARAGRAPH CONFESSION FROM JACKS

i sincerely hope the stories brewing in the magnificent north is my castor’s and lala’s story bc THOSE ARE MY BABIES and if they had a story i just know it would be so much better than eva’s and jacks THERE I SAID IT

no bc seriously, c’mon if it wasn’t eva and jacks this would be much lower than 3.75 ★

I finished the ballad of never after yesterday and I just had to go to the bookstore and get a curse for true love. Did I think that I would finish this in one day? No. Did I finish it in one day? Yes. Do I regret it? No.
This was the last book in the series and it was an amazing journey. I wish I could pick up once upon a broken heart again and read the whole series fir the first time again.

This is the best ending to the series I could have possibly hoped for. I literally could not put it down, and I would even say it is the best of all the books in this trilogy! It was utterly addicting, and it had me on the edge of my seat, waiting to see what would happen next.
