3.5-4 star⭐ I normally don't like a slow burn but the banter that they had and the back story was enough for me to not be annoyed and keep going. I enjoyed the back and forth with these 2 and it was a cute quick read. I felt for ellie because of her being a widow as such a young age. They both had poor childhoods and upbringings so it was nice to see them start to get along and not be such enemies toward each other when they were able to put their differences aside. ...more
