Super easy to read book for those that leads kids/youth in small groups (Sunday School / Agapeland). Provides an effective framework for small group leaders to follow. From our children ministry perspective, the framework is not all radical and new. I think each of us have been doing bits and pieces of this already, it just helps us to see what we can work on and evaluate each of our small group in a cohesive manner.
