Wenn ich manchmal daran denke, mir vielleicht eine andere Beschäftigung zu suchen, damit ich nicht ständig nur Bücher lese, fallen mir all die großartigen Bücher ein und ich kann einfach nicht aufhören, nach MEHR großartigen Büchern zu suchen.

Dieses Buch war großartig. So so so so gut, dass ich einfach nicht darauf klarkomme.

Die Idee - Perfektion. Die Charaktere - Perfektion. Der Plot - Perfektion. Der unnormale Schreibstil - Perfektion.

This book took me a ridiculous amount of time to finish. It's fucking embarrassing. I got bored of the storyline very quickly. I'm have a relatively short attention span and i lose interest in things very quickly. If a book fails to captivate me within the first quarter, I tend to slide it to the back of my mind and it just becomes an unwanted task that eats away at my brain and my patience levels until I either decide to DNF it or get it over with as fast as I can. I’m not sure how I feel about this book tbh I tried my
Best to finish off but tbh I’m just getting bored with the story line.
I found the author writing really complicated to follow I don’t think I am really a fan of retelling Romeo and Juliet.
This book wasn’t it for me unfortunately. It sort of reminds me of a movie with this madness disease you can catch to tear your own throat out.

I find 3rd person bulky to read, especially when it's paired with fantasy. There's the world-building to pay attention to, characters appearing left and right, something in my head chanting for romance. . . and yes, it was a bit slow at the start. But as the plot unraveled, I got jittery with excitement.
