What Members Thought
I give it 4.5. I am rounding up. I am only marking it down because some of the mental health terms really irked me. I work in the field and the way the person and others refer to them is not a way people would speak in real life. Other than that, I applaud the focus on mental health in book and acknowledging that you have to be emotionally ready yourself first.
