I don't know if I'll return to it this year, maybe the second book will be better, but for now, no.
I would like to push this book for my love, Kai, but it's too much.

wow just wow
i was hooked for the entirety of this book and i loved every single character well except for a few
i just have a few complaints and that’s why it’s 4 stars not 5
i found the dialogue really repetitive and the plot was pretty much the hunger games
however the characters and the actual plot make up for all of that
can’t wait for the next book to come out

This was definitely what I needed to get out of my slump 🥰
The tension between Kai and Paedyn was chefs kiss 💋 and that ending hell yeah!! I am hooked and will be reading the next asap 😂

Ok so…this is me maturing and actually realising how much I didn’t care for this book LOL. Idk what possessed to originally rate it 5 stars (??) since this book is a copy and paste of so many others, and also the absolute cliche enemy to lovers conversations attempted to be written in this that just felt so forced…idk maybe I’m just turning into a hater but I seriously overhyped this book..

alright, so i want to start by saying that this book wasn't exactly the fastest-paced book i've ever read, hence the four stars. it took me quite a while to get into it, actually. the ending was absolutely amazing though and i can't wait to read the next one!!
