The play on Peter Pan was so fun even though I had no idea it was until later in the book. Was not what I was expecting though I had no idea what the book was about but it was still entertaining!

I've read some dumb and silly books.. But none come close to what I've just read and skimmed towards the end to make sure this statement stands.. ...it does!
Nothing stands out. There were some parts of the story that could have been something to some people (clearly not me). But the last few chapters made sure that even for people who could see some potential, probably rolled their eyes. Really enjoyed this book, I am aware it said it wasn't a Peter Pan / Hook retelling but I suppose I still sort of expected it to be. But it really wasn't and it was really great. I loved the different character arcs and the twists and the surprises. I have now bought the rest of the Never After series and can't wait to read them now too. ...more
