For me, this is the saddest book in the series. Before the fact that it has the first main character death, all the emotions taking place beneath the surface are heartbreaking.
Harry's characterization is on point. He's moody and angry and so wrapped up in his own pain, but I think that's a very realistic reaction for a young teen who just watched someone die and almost died himself. ...more
