Sadly I was disappointed with this last book. Mainly because of the lack of Peeta and Katniss love. Given this however, the ending did make sense. And it was a relief to see that not everybody lived happily ever after in their perfect world. Unlike so many other endings to such stories, this one was realistic. And I envy Suzanne Collins for writing it as such. Even though I am sadly disappointed in how Peeta and Katniss's future was sort of hazed over. But I do know that the love story, although

I enjoyed this book, but not quite as much as the previous two of the trilogy. Some relationships and/or dialogues between characters that I treasured from past books were not incorporated into the book or were very minimal at best. I did however enjoy (in part) the dynamics of the star team that is predominant in this book. I especially liked how on several occasions when things came up, like finding food hidden in an apartment, elicited distinctly different perspectives and feeling for the tea

GAHHHHHHHHH, I couldn't have asked for a better ending to such an impressive trilogy. This book immediately grabbed my attention from the very beginning! There are so many emotional scenes in this last book and lots of death but there is a positive message in the end which is great. It was amazing, enough said.
