Ummm. What was that even?

I enjoyed this book, without a doubt. It was fast paced from the beginning and the action started from page 5. Anyways, I enjoyed the plot for what it was and though I didn’t agree with Zelia’s decisions sometimes, I could understand where they came from.
I don't feel like this was quite a memorable book to me. Also, it felt like the author was trying too hard in making Cy be the stereotypical, popular male love interest who is dark, brooding and is a jerk in th ...more

Okay i wasn't super sure about this book, it sounded very sciencey and i wasn't sure how well i was going to like it. In the end I did enjoy the story, but one thing that i found very annoying was the fact that Zel (the main character) had a hard time listening to what she was told to do. Just think of Tris in Insurgent. That's Zel in this book. That fact kind of annoyed me, so i wasn't really sure what I wanted to say about this book except that there needs to be a sequel! It had a good ending
