What Members Thought
This is a beautiful memoir of love. This story made me cry out of sadness and out of happy memories she had. She honored her Saro well and her journey out of grief was told with grace.
This was definitely an enjoyable read. I think the title set me up to expected more references to food; there were some, but I just expected more. However, the beauty was in all the Italian language incorporated into the story.
