To be fair, I was mildly curious about this one. Time-travelling is always exciting and I thought it would be interesting to see Audrey Niffenegger's take on this.
I feel disappointed.
The first half, or so, of the book is alright. Of course it took me some time to grasp how the time-travelling thing worked for Henry, because what I always heard about this subject was that it was really dangerous to meet with the you of the past. Love the book even if it's slow paced. Intense and extraordinary, unlike any other books I've ever read. Although some of the sexual contents of the book disturb me greatly, I still love the book nonetheless.
