Dead Beautiful was an interesting story. There were some similarities to Harry Potter and Twilight, to be sure, but the story held its own with that. I liked Renee and was curious why she seemed to always be able to find the dead, but that got explained towards the end. What might be considered a twist at the end I guessed pretty early in the story, so that wasn't a surprise at all, but I still enjoyed reading this story and look forward to reading the next book in the series - hopefully this mo ...more
