Finally read this book. i have heard so many good things about this book for a long time and finally had the oppurtunity to pick it up and read it.
this book is based on the story of cinderella but had a scifi twist to it. having this twist made the book much more enjoyable to me and i had a lot of trouble with putting it down even though i had to at times.
i loved the scenes between cinder and the prince and thought it was sweet that cinder wanted to keep her secret away.

5 freaking stars because this is perfection
I went into this book not expecting much. This is the first fairy tale re-telling I've ever read and it sure won't be the last one. This is perfect, everything about it is. The characters, plot, romance, ending. Everything.
It left me speechless but isn't that what a good book does to you? So when I finished Cinder, I got my hands on Scarlet and then Cress and when I finished Cress I realised I was gonna have to wait so now I'm here and I'm pretty god ...more

Cinder is een cyborg en woont bij haar stiefmoeder en haar stiefzusjes. Ze werkt als monteur in de hoofdstad van het Oosterse rijk. Tijdens haar werk ontmoet ze Prins Kai.
