i finished this book so quickly!! i absolutely loved it!

i’m not a fantasy reader so i wasn’t sure how i’d feel about it but i liked it so much. it’s a cross between Hunger Games x Game of Thrones with a sparkle of romance thrown in and it is so good.

plus the cliff hanger?? i bought the second book IMMEDIATELY. i hope the second one doesn’t end the same way because the rest of the series isn’t out and i will be so anxious for more!

Very hunger games / divergent but with ~adult scenes~. I really liked it but thought the adult activity in the last like third of the book kind of took over the actual storyline but didn’t really add much… but maybe that’s just me. This would be such a good movie. The very last sentence made me gasp I was shook.
